The University Testing Center is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
The Center is staffed year round by three full-time professionals.
Occasionally, there will be student workers hired on an as needed basis.

Leola Brown - Director
Lea Brown holds a B.A degree from the University of Tennessee in
Political Science and a Masters of Public Management from East
Tennessee State University. She has been in testing for 17 years
and has been a member of a professional organization for test
administration since 1994 (Southeast Testing Association and
currently National College Testing Association (NCTA) where she
currently serves on the Governing Board. Lea has been the Director
of the Testing Center at ETSU since 1995 and during that time has
continued to improve and change the Testing Center facilities. The
Testing Center also subscribes to the
NCTA standards and guidelines
and is a member of the
Consortium of College Testing Centers.
Marcia Kenny is the other member of staff in the Center.
